Peer Support

Separate rooms for the young people and adult family members will provide safe spaces to learn together, address challenges they face, not only within the family but in life in general. Working with peers and trained facilitators will allow for shared learning and support.

Movement

Group movement is a chance for young people to release stress, improve their mood, and gain confidence. We’ll be offering a variety of options such as combat, bodyweight exercises and mindfulness! It's not about competition or being 'good' at it…it's about enjoying the group experience.

Collaboration

Families thrive when everyone feels seen, supported, and safe. Psychoeducation aims to equip all participants with the tools to understand and regulate their emotions, leading to improved communication within their family unit.
